ruoindex is an independent price and information index. It collects publicly listed prices for research compounds, converts them to one common unit (US dollars per milligram) and shows them side by side with basic, public seller profiles.

What this site is

  • A comparison index: prices are listed as published by third-party sellers and are not offers made by this site.
  • A reference: every listing shows the date its price was last checked, and older prices are marked.
  • Independent: the site does not sell products, does not process payments and does not endorse or represent any seller.

How the data is built

Prices are normalized with fixed rules and reviewed for unusual values. The rules, the inclusion standard for sellers and the way the price index is calculated are described on the methodology page.

Corrections and removal

If a listing or a seller profile is wrong, or a seller wants its information corrected or removed, use the contact page. Sellers can also use the claim page to ask for their profile to be reviewed.
